My husband recently had some issues with atrial fibrillation (AFib). AFib is an irregular and often rapid heart rhythm that occurs when the upper chambers of the heart (atria) beat out of coordination with the lower chambers (ventricles). It can lead to poor blood flow and increase the risk of complications. If left untreated, AFib can lead to serious complications.
My husband was treated and his heart returned to sinus rhythm. Normal sinus rhythm is defined as the rhythm of a healthy heart.
I woke early this morning and heard within my spirit, “Get into [sinus] rhythm with the earth.” What a thought!
There is a divine rhythm in the way God has chosen to support the cycles of nature. This ongoing motion reflects His love and care for all creation.
“When he gave the sea its boundary so the waters would not overstep his command, and when he marked out the foundations of the earth.” – Proverbs 8:29
The divine rhythm of God. His complete control and authority of all things. That should bring rest to your soul, beauty to your mind, and loss of control to things you do not own.
I remember a day when my heart felt broken beyond repair. I fell to the ground and sobbed. Only God’s earth could hold my pain.
It is God’s divine rhythm that heals and repairs a broken heart. I will be noticing his rhythm and doing my best to stay in it.
