A Jewel: My mother told me once that the opposite of love, is NOT hate, it’s indifference. She couldn’t have been more right on this one. If you are in hate with someone right now, you’re still in love. Think about that. Freedom is indifference. Indifference is what I now feel for those that abused me. I’m free.
A Gem: What if God asked you to open your mouth? I heard him say that to me today. You know why? He wanted to fill it with praise.
Metaphorical Gunpowder: Every good thing comes from God. I am who I am today because of Him. My future is in his hands. He knew before I was born that I would witness a murder before I turned four. He knew I would be damaged my entire childhood. That’s why he found me when I was three. I will be forever grateful to him for that. He’s got my destiny and future in his great hands.
